STUDIO POLICY

Helping Create the Best Experience for Everyone

At Pole X Play, we're committed to providing a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for every student. Please review our studio policies before attending class.

Class Reservations

Advance registration is required for all classes. We recommend booking early, as class sizes are intentionally kept small to provide personalized instruction.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled class.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class are considered a late cancellation and are not eligible for a refund or class credit.

No-Show Policy

If you reserve a class and do not attend without canceling, you will be charged a $25 no-show fee.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure the safety of all students and avoid disrupting class, a 5-minute grace period is allowed.

Students arriving more than 5 minutes after class begins may not be admitted and will be considered a late cancellation.

Refunds & Rescheduling

Pole X Play does not offer refunds or reschedule classes for:

  • Late cancellations

  • No-shows

  • Missed classes
