Product Care

To keep your Alter Ego apparel looking its best, we recommend the following:

• Machine wash cold with like colors.

• Turn the garment inside out before washing to help protect the screen print.

• Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

• Do not bleach.

• Hang dry or lay flat to dry for the longest-lasting wear.

• If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.

• Do not iron directly on the printed design.

• Do not dry clean. Every Alter Ego piece is thoughtfully crafted and screen printed. Following these care instructions will help preserve the artwork and extend the life of your garment.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.

Each Alter Ego piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@polexplay.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
